Fund your account using Easy Deposit

Rain partners with various payment service providers in order to allow you to fund your account in a seamless manner and help make your crypto trading as accessible as possible.

One of the ways you can fund your Rain account is through the option of Easy Deposit.

What is Easy Deposit?

The Easy Deposit option allows you to connect your bank account to your Rain account. This way, you can send funds from your bank account to your Rain account without leaving the Rain app or website.  

How to use the Easy Deposit option?

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to connect your bank account to your Rain account and initiate an Easy Deposit.

Link your bank account

1. Log in to your Rain account.
2. Go to your Portfolio page. Click on your AED fiat account.
3. Click on Deposit.
4. Select Connect your bank shown under the Easy Deposit option.
5. The next page will give you more information on how safe and secure this option is. Click I Understand, Continue in order to move to the next section
6. Next, you will be shown a list of supported banks. Select your bank from the list of banks provided. The list is also provided below for your reference. 
7. Log in to your bank account using your bank account credentials.
8. Approve and provide your consent to our payment service provider.
9. Enter the amount you want to transfer and click on Deposit.
10. Enter your OTP that your bank sent you via SMS and/or email and click OK to continue.
    

Fund your Rain account through Easy Deposit

1. Log in to your Rain account.
2. Go to your Portfolio page. Click on your AED fiat account.
3. Click on Deposit.
4. Choose the bank account you had previously connected via Easy Deposit from the top of the page as shown below.
5. The next page will show you a notice explaining any possible foreign exchange fees applied by your bank. Click I Understand, Continue in order to move to the next step.
6. Lastly, you can enter the amount you wish to fund your Rain account with, as shown below. Click Next.
   

Once the transfer is successfully initiated, you will see a Deposit Confirmed screen with your transfer details and status included for your reference.

Please note that only Emirati Dirhams (AED) is supported for transfer through this feature

How long will my funds take to land in my Rain account?

Once you connect your bank account to your Rain account through Easy Deposit, you will be able to send payments to Rain within the next 24 hours.

Once you start sending funds through Easy Deposit, your funds will be processed by your bank and credited to your Rain account within 1 business day.
