Add personal bank account details

To fund your Rain account or to withdraw AED from your Rain account, you need to add your bank account details first.


Requirements

  1. Bank account in your own name: deposits and withdrawals can only be made using a bank account in the same name as the one you used to sign-up on Rain.

  2. Your bank account details: you will need your IBAN number. If your bank account does not have an IBAN, you will need your account number and SWIFT code.

 

Steps

  1. On your Rain account, go to Profile
  2. Click on Payment Methods
  3. Click on Add a Payment Method
  4. Click +Add Bank Account
  5. Enter your IBAN and click on Add Bank Account

Once your bank account is linked to your Rain account, you will be able to select it when funding or withdrawing funds.


Make sure all the information entered is correct, otherwise, delays and potential loss of funds may occur as a result of the bank's reversal of your funds. Kindly contact your bank incase you have any doubts in regards to your banking details and information.
