Send Tether

Rain provides an easy way for you to send Tether (USDT) from your account to any USDT address. 

Requirements:

1. Rain USDT account. You will need a positive balance in your Rain USDT account to be able to send.   
2. Receiving Address. You will need a valid USDT address to send USDT.

NOTE: Please ensure to transfer your USDT through the ERC-20 network only.

NOTE: sending USDT to non-USDT addresses is not possible, and will result in irreversible loss of funds.

Steps (Rain website):

• Log in to your Rain account. 
• Click on Portfolio.
• Enter the USDT amount you want to send or equivalent in the currency you have on your Rain account.
• Enter the USDT address you are sending the funds to.
• Select the account you are withdrawing from. Click Preview Send.
• Review the information on the Confirm Send page. Click Send Now.
• You will receive a code to verify your transaction. Enter the SMS code sent to your phone. Click Submit.

NOTE: Tether should arrive in 10 minutes to an hour, depending on the network condition. You can check the number of confirmations on your transaction by checking the transaction details. 

Steps (Rain app):

• Open the Rain app on your phone. 
• Visit the market or portfolio page and select Tether
• Tap Trade and select Send 
• Enter the USDT amount you want to send or equivalent in the currency you have on your Rain account.
• Enter the USDT address you are sending the funds to or you can scan the QR code.
• Click preview purchase.
• Review the transaction details. Click Send Now.
• You will receive a code to verify your transaction. Enter the SMS code sent to your phone. Click Submit.
