How To Change Your Phone Number

You can now update your phone number through Rain Mobile App or website.

Note: If you do not have access to the old phone number; please reach out to us on live chat or submit a ticket on https://support.rain.com/ to assist you 

Please follow the below steps to update your phone number:

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on the User Icon above right in the page.
3. Click on Account. Make sure that you are under the account option.
4. Click on Update Phone number to change the phone number.
5. Enter the OTP you received in an SMS or through a voice call.
6. Ensure adding the new phone number required correctly.

Important: You will be receive an email once the process is completed.

Please note that Fiat withdrawal & crypto sends will be disabled for 24 hours after performing this action.
