How To Change Your Email

You can now update your Email address through Rain Mobile App or website.

Please follow the below steps to update your Email address:

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on the User Icon above right on the page.
3. Click on Account. Make sure that you are under the account option.
4. Click on Update Email to change the Email address.
5. Enter the OTP you received in an SMS or through a voice call.
6. Ensure adding the new Email address correctly.

Important: You will be receive an email once the process is completed.

Please note: Fiat withdrawal & crypto sends will be disabled for 24 hours after performing this action.
